Areas of expertise include property HVAC systems (complete service and operation/design knowledge), building design analysis/reporting (all disciplines) and all categories of handyman services including , lighting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, door repairs, drop ceiling repairs, drywall repairs, small job painting and all other odd job repairs that arise as a function of maintaining a facility. For jobs that are more involved or require a specialized vendor, CBS Service can provide management, oversight and reporting for those specialized services. Examples include main drain line clearing/cleaning, high voltage electrical issues, automated door services, Fire protection system issues, roofing issues etc. The oversight will provide, where needed, assurance to any property stake holder that they are receiving the expected service level. | |||
